Qwest Communications is launching a national VoIP solution for business customers. Qwest “OneFlex” is a network hosted VoIP offering comprising local and long-distance voice service as well as high-speed Internet access. The service will be initially available in Boise, Denver, Minneapolis and Phoenix in mid-July. It will be expanded to 24 cities by the end of the year.
IBM is supporting the design and implementation of essential back-office functions for Qwest OneFlex.
