NTT DATA has launched its Agentic AI Services for Hyperscaler AI Technologies, a suite of cloud-managed services aimed at helping organizations deploy and scale AI-powered agents across industries. The new offering builds on NTT DATA’s existing Smart AI Agent platform and focuses on accelerating AI-driven automation to improve efficiency, foster innovation, and enhance user experiences for both employees and customers. The service integrates with leading hyperscaler platforms, initially focusing on Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.

The Agentic AI Services package includes advisory, implementation, and ongoing management services to assist enterprises at every stage of their AI journey. Enterprises can leverage NTT DATA’s AI-powered agents for applications such as customer service automation, workflow optimization, HR support, fraud detection, and risk management. The platform combines agentic AI capabilities with generative AI models, enabling enterprises to deploy intelligent agents that handle complex interactions, provide personalized responses, and scale operations across cloud-native environments.

NTT DATA positions this initiative as a response to the growing market demand for agentic AI, citing Gartner projections that agentic AI will be embedded in 33% of enterprise software applications by 2028. The services are available globally, supporting over 20 languages, and will continue to expand to additional AI ecosystems beyond Microsoft. NTT DATA’s latest move reinforces its commitment to delivering AI-powered managed services that combine cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity expertise to drive digital transformation across industries.
