Equinix Plans $63M Data Center in Hong Kong

Equinix announced plans to build its second International Business Exchange (IBX) data center, HK2, in Hong Kong. The new $63 million facility will provide total capacity for more than 1,450 cabinet equivalents and the first phase is targeted for opening in the third quarter of 2011.
