Level 3 Wins Contract with U.S. Dept. of State

The U.S. Department of State awarded a multiyear contract to Level3 Communications to provide metro network services. Level 3 will deliver services under the Washington Interagency Telecommunications Services (WITS 3) contract that negotiates telecommunications services on behalf of all federal agencies operating within the National Capital Region (NCR).
