Google launched its own public Domain Name System in an effort to make Web browsing faster and safer. The service, called “Google Public DNS”, is an alternative to company’s hosting their own DNS.
The Google Public DNS IP addresses are as follows: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/
