Ceragon Receives $5 Million Follow-on Order from Mexico

Ceragon Networks was awarded a $5 million follow-on equipment order from one of the leading mobile operators in Mexico. Ceragon said its equipment will be used as part of a large-scale infrastructure expansion that includes capacity upgrades for an existing 2.5G network as well as preparation to support advanced 3G services in the near future. Specifically, Ceragon’s FibeAir solutions will be used to deliver high capacity mobile backhauling in a 2xSTM-1 configuration.
