Thales launched its new Datacryptor 10 Gig Ethernet Layer 2 Encryptor, which can be used for secure 10 gigabit backbone WAN links with minimal latency. The company said its Datacryptor 10 Gig encrypts the data without the overheads associated with IPSec security. It uses the strongest security with 256 bit AES allowing government and enterprise to meet the performance and the security requirements.
