AT&T was awarded a new contract by Southwest Business Corporation (SWBC) to connect the financial services company’s new contact center with its corporate headquarters, both located in San Antonio. Under the three-year deal, AT&T will provide SWBC with AT&T OPT-E-MAN service, a switched Ethernet service that connects LANs within the same metropolitan area to create a consolidated communications system.
