China Telecom Awards DSL Contract to ZTE

ZTE Corporation announced a multi-million contract to supply its more than one million lines of ADSL equipment to China Telecom, the country’s largest fixed line operator. The contract represents 30% of the total award by China Telecom, according to ZTE.

ZTE noted it has delivered approximately 12 million ADSL lines to date to customers in over 30 countries, including China, Greece, Romania and Egypt.
