Tiscali Business GmbH, one of Europe’s largest Internet communications companies, has selected Redback Networks’ SmartEdge 800 Service Gateway platform for simultaneously offering MPLS VPN services to business customers and DSL services to consumers across Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Tiscali currently has more than one million ADSL subscribers and is experiencing growth of some 35,000 new subscribers per week.
