Cisco Systems has added support for new Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to its Cisco VPN 3000 Series Concentrators. SSL VPNs enable customers to remotely access applications from a standard web browser from virtually any client device. The Cisco VPN 3000 Series Concentrators already provided IPSec VPN connectivity. The software upgrade is provided at no cost.
