BellSouth – Sprint Case Heads to Arbitration

A judge let stand the temporary restraining order preventing Sprint from hiring Gary Forsee as its new CEO. Forsee is currently vice chairman — domestic operations of BellSouth. In ruling, the judge agreed with BellSouth that Forsee has highly confidential proprietary and trade secret information. The case is headed to arbitration within the next 30 days.
