Acer Intros its Own "AcerCloud"

At CES, Acer is introducing its own consumer cloud service to automatically syncing photos and documents between smartphones, laptops and tablets.

The upcoming service, dubbed “AcerCloud”, appears to match Apple’s iCloud service with nearly identical functionality and service.

AcerCloud will be bundled on all Acer consumer PCs starting Q2 2012. It will support all Android devices, while future support is planned for Windows-based devices. The service will be available in America, Europe, Asia and China.
