Brasil Telecom Deploys MetaSolv's Provisioning Portfolio

Brasil Telecom has implemented MetaSolv’s provisioning portfolio to help meet high volume demand for DSL. MetaSolv said its portfolio of network resource management, order management, and multi-service activation has enabled Brasil Telecom to fulfill nearly double the volume of DSL service requests. Brasil Telecom currently is able to process approximately 50,000 requests per month for DSL service. In addition to DSL service, Brasil Telecom has implemented the MetaSolv portfolio for automated fulfillment of ATM, Frame Relay, and dedicated Internet access services. http://www.metasolv.com
