Danaher completed its previously announced acquisition of Tektronix. The deal was first announced in October.
Tektronix, which has annual revenues of approximately $1.1 billion, is a leading supplier of test, measurement, and monitoring products for networking.
Tektronix now becomes part of Danaher’s Electronic Test platform, joining Danaher’s Fluke and Fluke Networks businesses, and nearly doubling the platform’s revenues.
