Equinix Adds Data Center in Paris

Equinix has signed a long-term lease for a 116,800 square foot property in Paris adjacent to one of the company’s existing Internet Business Exchange (IBX) data centers in the Saint-Denis region. The new property, which will become Equinix’s third data center in the Paris market, will have capacity for two phases, the first of which is expected to open in Q2 2009 with a total capital investment of approximately $30 – $35 million.http://www.equinix.com
