Equinix secured $110 million in financing for the expansion of its Chicago-area footprint. The financing will fund the development, design and construction of an approximately 250,000 square foot Internet Business Exchange center, which will be located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Equinix currently operates facilities in 10 markets in the U.S. and Asia.
