France Telecom and Siemens signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop a New Generation Network Architecture for mobile/fixed networks. The partnership contemplates joint R&D efforts, a limited period of exclusivity to leverage usage through generalization, and the sharing of intellectual property resulting from the partnership.
