Inseego secured a major enterprise win as AT&T Business selected the Inseego Wavemaker FX4200 to anchor its business fixed wireless access (FWA) portfolio. The agreement positions Inseego as a key device supplier for AT&T’s push to expand 5G-based broadband alternatives for business customers, particularly those seeking rapid deployment and simplified operations.
The Wavemaker FX4200 becomes part of AT&T Internet Air® for Business, extending AT&T Business’s strategy of pairing 5G FWA with its existing wireline services. The device targets small and mid-sized enterprises, distributed branch locations, and organizations without dedicated IT staff, offering a managed wireless option designed to deliver predictable performance without the complexity of traditional enterprise networking gear.
For Inseego, the AT&T Business selection represents a significant commercial milestone. Landing one of the largest U.S. enterprise connectivity providers strengthens Inseego’s position in the competitive FWA device market and provides a scaled channel for its cloud-managed hardware and software platform, Inseego Connect.

🌐 Analysis
The AT&T Business win builds on Inseego’s recent momentum with major U.S. carriers. The company has previously announced FWA and 5G gateway relationships with T-Mobile, supplying devices used in T-Mobile’s home and business internet offerings, as well as with Verizon in earlier generations of 5G fixed wireless hardware. Together, these wins illustrate Inseego’s evolution from a mobile broadband specialist into a focused supplier of carrier-certified FWA platforms. As operators increasingly view FWA as a structural part of their broadband portfolios, Inseego’s ability to land and retain Tier-1 customers positions it as a durable player in the enterprise 5G access ecosystem.
