Net2Phone announced a deal to supply its outsourced cable telephony solution to Altice One, a cable conglomerate and consolidator representing more than 500,000 homes passed in Brussels, Belgium; Strasbourg area and Mulhouse, France; and Luxembourg. Deployments are expected to begin in Fall 2004. Financial terms were not disclosed.
