Nokia Siemens Networks and Vodafone have set up a joint research center in Madrid.
The Nokia Siemens Networks Innovation Center (NICE) will work closely with the Vodafone Access Networks Centre of Competence to conduct joint research in radio technologies, and also develop and showcase proof of concepts for new network features.
