Pacific Crossing 
has restored the PC-1 North cable, which links Ajiguara, Japan with Harbour Pointe, Washington. Restoration work is now underway on PC-1 West, which runs along the coast of Japan. Both cables were damaged in the earthquake and tsunami of March 11. Service on PC-1 South and PC-1 East is unaffected by this interruption.
