Sequans Targeted by Shareholder Lawsuit

Sequans Communications was named in a class action lawsuit filed by Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC. The lawsuit alleges that Sequans knew but failed to disclose that it was facing declining revenues from its WiMax products.
