Tektronix agreed to acquire Minacom, a privately-held provider of active probe test solutions, for approximately US$27 million.
Minacom’s test solutions provide active troubleshooting, provisioning, and automated service quality monitoring for VoIP, voice, video, Internet, Fax, and Fax-over-IP.
Minacom’s 35 employees will become part of Tektronix and the business will continue to be located in Montreal.
