Terayon Appoints ex-Covad Exec as CFO

Terayon Communication Systems announced the appointment of Mark A. Richman as CFO. Most recently Richman served as executive vice president and CFO at Covad Communications Group, where he was part of the executive team brought in to lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision post- restructuring.
