Verizon Streams 1080p 3D Video Over FiOS at 18 Mbps

At CES, Verizon and Panasonic demonstrated full HD 3D video delivered over Verizon’s FiOS All-Fiber-Optic Network. Engineers showed a selection of 1080p 3D content streaming to a Panasonic Full HD Blu-ray 3D Disc player at a bit rate of up to 18 Mbps — double the bit rate currently used by most cable providers. http://www.verizon.com
