VoiceXML Forum Launches Platform Certification Program

The VoiceXML Forum has launched a certification program to test for compliance to the latest release of the VoiceXML standard. CT Labs will perform the certification testing on behalf of the Forum. Three companies are initially submitting their platforms for testing: Vocalocity, VoiceGenie Technologies, and Voxpilot. The Forum intends to expand its VoiceXML certification program in the future to include VoiceXML-compliance certification of applications and tools.
