WSJ: Agilent to Sell Chip Unit

Agilent Technologies has retained Goldman Sachs to help sell off its semiconductor products division, according to The Wall Street Journal. The division, which produces chips used in fiber optics, storage systems and mobile phones, contributed $2 billion in revenue last year.
