Vernier Networks, a start-up based in Mountain View, California, will supply its WLAN gateway products for use in KT’s Enterprise Nespot Wi-Fi service. Vernier’s CS6500 and AM6500 enterprise WLAN gateways are currently installed in the KT R&D Center in Seoul and Daeduck where they are controlling access, authenticating usage and supporting 1,200 wireless laptop and PDA users within the production network.
