Kyndryl Launches Enterprise Agentic AI Framework

Kyndryl has unveiled its new Agentic AI Framework, an enterprise-grade platform designed to orchestrate self-learning AI agents across hybrid IT environments. Announced July 17, the framework is aimed at helping enterprises automate complex workflows, optimize IT operations, and boost productivity by embedding AI-driven decision-making into mission-critical systems. The framework deploys intelligent agents that collaborate with human teams, adapting dynamically to changing conditions and scaling across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Built on insights from over 12 million monthly AI-driven actions generated via the Kyndryl Bridge platform, the Agentic AI Framework incorporates advanced algorithms, self-learning techniques, and secure-by-design architecture. It integrates directly with Kyndryl’s infrastructure expertise to provide enterprises with tailored deployments that support observability, compliance, and continuous optimization. The company said its AI agents act autonomously but remain under human oversight, ensuring decisions are transparent, traceable, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Early use cases include a national government exploring how the framework can streamline public services and improve real-time data access for transportation, healthcare, and education metrics. A major financial institution is working with Kyndryl to deploy agents for automating compliance and improving IT service delivery. The company cited findings from its 2025 People Readiness Report, noting that fewer than half of business leaders are using AI to drive strategic decisions—highlighting a gap the framework seeks to address.

  • Kyndryl’s Agentic AI Framework deploys intelligent agents that self-organize, scale, and act across diverse workflows
  • Supports hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments with zero-trust and privacy-by-design security
  • Targets enterprise use cases such as compliance automation, infrastructure optimization, and public sector digital services
  • Integrates with Kyndryl Bridge to leverage millions of real-time insights
  • Launch responds to survey showing only 4 in 10 leaders use AI insights for growth or decision-making

“With our unique insights from Kyndryl Bridge, our differentiated Agentic AI Framework, and our experience managing some of the world’s largest technology estates, we can help companies design, implement, and run agentic AI solutions at scale—tailored to their specific business productivity and innovation goals,” said Ismail Amla, Senior Vice President, Kyndryl Consult.
