MTN Nigeria Picks ZTE to Build 2G/3G Networks

ZTE announced a contract with the MTN Nigeria to build GSM/UMTS networks in Nigeria. The deployment covers two of the country’s most economically developed regions (including 8 states) by providing its ZTE’s SDR-based Uni-RAN solution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
