Starhome Secures $20 Million for Mobile Roaming

Starhome, a subsidiary of Comverse Technology, secured $20 million in equity financing for its mobile roaming technology for wireless carriers. Starhome offers a portfolio of inbound and outbound roaming solutions including roaming infrastructure, optimization and information, as well as specialized value added services applications. Its customer list include 50 leading mobile operators representing 175 million subscribers worldwide. The new financing was led by Apax Partners Funds.
