Verilink Acquires Terayon's Miniplex Pair Gain Solution

Verilink agreed to acquire all the fixed assets and intellectual property rights related to Terayon’s Miniplex product line for telecom carriers. The Miniplex product line enables carriers to provide multiple POTS connections over a single copper pair. The purchase price was approximately $1,000,000.
