Qualcomm reported fiscal third-quarter 2025 revenue of $10.4 billion, up 10% year-over-year, driven by record automotive revenues and continued strength in IoT. The company posted GAAP earnings per share of $2.43 and non-GAAP EPS of $2.77. Its QCT semiconductor business generated $8.99 billion in revenue, an 11% increase from the prior year, while its licensing business (QTL) contributed $1.32 billion, up 4%.

Within QCT, handsets remained the largest segment at $6.3 billion, up 7% year-over-year, while automotive grew 21% to $984 million, marking a new quarterly record.
