Amazon Web Services said it is seeing “unprecedented demand across all regions and sizes” for its new compute optimized instance family (C3), which was launched a few weeks ago.
The compute optimized instance family (C3) provides faster processors, approximately double the memory per vCPU and SSD-based instance storage. AWS calls them “fast in every dimension.”
In response, AWS said its has enlarged, accelerated and expedited its order for additional SSD capacity across all its regions.
