PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Deploys 40G with NSN

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has upgraded a 354-km undersea cable between Dumai and Dangas using 40 Gbps technology from Nokia Siemens Networks. Four 40 Gbps channels are currently in operation. The undersea cable carries fixed and mobile voice and data traffic from PT Telkom and other major operators of Indonesia.
