Vocalscape Networks agreed to acquire Azatel Communications, a developer of hardware for Media Terminal Adapters, Soft Switches, Session Controllers, H.323 to SIP Interworking, OSP and IPTV/Video on Demand solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
