Polycom and BroadSoft Announce Feature-Rich VoIP Solution

Polycom announced an end-to-end SIP-based VoIP solution that combines BroadSoft’s BroadWorks platform and Polycom’s line of SoundPoint IP desktop phones. The companies said their combined solution offers users access to BroadWorks features including instant messaging and presence through the SoundPoint IP desktop phones.
