AT&T has begun marketing the new Motorola ATRIX HD for $99.99 with a two-year agreement.

The Motorola ATRIX HD offers LTE connectivity and features Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.5-inch HD ColorBoost display, a nano-coating that acts as a splash guard, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video recording capabilities, a front-facing 720p HD camera.

The ATRIX HD is the first phone equipped with Motorola’s Circle Widget on the home screen, which connects directly with the user’s AT&T account and displays data usage since the last bill.
