Juniper Completes Financial Restatements

Juniper Networks filed its Annual Report with the SEC on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006, as well as its previously delayed Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the second and third quarters of 2006. The company said it believes that it has now regained compliance with the requirements for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market; however, the company awaits confirmation of compliance from NASDAQ.
