Opnext announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16,909,375 shares of its common stock at $15.00 per share (before underwriting discounts and commissions). Of those shares, the company is selling 10,000,000 shares and selling stockholders are selling 6,909,375 shares. In addition, Opnext has granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 2,536,406 shares at the initial public offering price.
