T-Systems launches WLAN Roaming Platform

T-Systems’ carriers’ carrier division, International Carrier Sales & Solutions (ICSS) introduced a WLAN Roaming Platform for carriers and wireless ISPs. T-Systems said its open, multiservice-provider platform is fully scalable to support growing wireless transaction volumes. Accounting is generally time based, with a per minute pay per use model. For carriers and WISPs who connect to the WLAN Roaming Platform, ICSS provides clearing and settlement services, defines interface specifications and offers third level support. http://www.t-systems.com/icss
