Advanced Micro Devices named Ariel Kelman as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Kelman takes responsibility for AMD’s global marketing organization, including brand, communications, events, developer relations, and go-to-market strategy.
Kelman reports to Ruth Cotter, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and will work with AMD’s executive team to strengthen engagement with customers, partners, and developers as the company scales its portfolio across data center, client, embedded, and gaming markets.
He joins AMD from Salesforce, where he served as president and CMO, and previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Amazon Web Services and Oracle during periods of rapid growth.
