NETGEAR Launches AI-Powered Cloud Network Management

A A

NETGEAR introduced Insight 10.0, the latest version of its cloud-based network management platform, adding AI-powered operational capabilities designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and managed service providers (MSPs). The release expands the platform beyond monitoring and configuration by introducing contextual insights, proactive recommendations, and AI-assisted workflows intended to simplify network operations as organizations deploy more AI applications, cloud services, and distributed infrastructure.

Insight 10.0 centers on four areas: AI-powered operations, unified network intelligence, simplified management at scale, and a secure cloud-native architecture. NETGEAR said the platform provides centralized visibility into network performance, device health, connectivity, and user experience while helping administrators identify anomalies, reduce manual troubleshooting, and improve operational efficiency. The company positions the release as the first step toward broader AIOps and AI-defined networking capabilities that can evolve from reactive management toward predictive and intent-driven operations.

The platform also introduces a redesigned management interface with streamlined navigation, simplified onboarding, flexible access controls, and subscription management aimed at organizations managing multiple locations or customer environments. NETGEAR said Insight 10.0 provides the cloud-native foundation for future networking, security, and AI integrations while targeting enterprise-class operational capabilities for organizations without large IT teams.

• Introduces AI-assisted workflows, contextual insights, and proactive operational recommendations.
• Provides unified visibility across network performance, device health, connectivity, and user experience.
• Simplifies multi-site and multi-customer management for SMEs and MSPs.
• Built on a cloud-native architecture for centralized management and resilient operations.
• Positions Insight 10.0 as the foundation for future AIOps and AI-defined networking capabilities.
• Includes redesigned user interface, faster onboarding, and streamlined subscription management.

“The future of networking is about giving organizations the intelligence to operate increasingly complex environments with confidence,” said Pramod Badjate, President and GM of NETGEAR Enterprise. “As AI transforms every business, networks must become more adaptive, more automated, and easier to operate. Insight 10.0 is the foundation for our vision of AIOps and AI-defined networking for the millions of small and medium-sized organizations that have historically been underserved by enterprise networking solutions.”

🌐 Analysis: The launch reflects a broader shift across the networking industry as vendors embed AI into network operations platforms rather than focusing solely on hardware innovation. Enterprise suppliers including Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking, Juniper Networks, and Extreme Networks have spent several years expanding AIOps capabilities using telemetry, machine learning, and automation. NETGEAR is bringing many of these concepts to the SME market, where customers often lack dedicated network operations teams but increasingly face similar complexity from hybrid work, cloud adoption, IoT, and AI workloads.

NETGEAR has significantly expanded its enterprise portfolio in recent years through acquisitions including AV-over-IP specialist Exium and cloud-managed networking investments aimed at business customers. Insight 10.0 reinforces the company’s strategy of moving beyond networking hardware toward recurring software and cloud services, while positioning AI-assisted operations as a differentiator in the increasingly competitive SMB networking market.
