  • DSL Forum Vice President and Chairman Emeritus — Tom Starr, Lead Member of Technical Staff, SBC Communications.
  • DSL Forum Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary — David Greggains, Director, Gorham & Partners Ltd.
  • DSL Forum Board Director — Peter LeBlanc, Vice President of Marketing, Aware.
  • DSL Forum Board Director — Steve Plume, BT, Broadband Product Development Manager
