The University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Japan’s national science and technology school, is upgrading its campus network to 10 Gigabit Ethernet with Force10 Networks’ TeraScale E-Series family of switch/routers. The Force10 TeraScale E300 anchors and interconnects networks in both the east and west sides of the campus with the Science Information Network (SINET) from the National Institute of Informatics.
