Ericsson will license Kasenna’s PortalTV suite (including Kasenna LivingRoom and MediaBase XMP) for integration with Ericsson’s broadband access products.
The combined solution will provide an integrated network and IPTV infrastructure carriers need to deliver advanced TV services such as video-on- demand, network PVR, StartOver TV, and customizable electronic programming guides (EPGs).
