Lucent Announces EUR 200 Million in New Contracts in Europe

At CeBIT 2003, Lucent Technologies announced nine new contracts valued at more than EUR 200 million to provide fixed line and mobile network solutions in Europe to Deutsche Telekom, BT, Czech Telecom, Arcor (Germany), Telekomunikacja Polska and COLT Telecom. Lucent also announced 10 new Business Partners in Europe to provide Lucent’s portfolio of products and services to enterprises and smaller service providers. The company said it is focusing on partnerships to extend its sales reach around the world.
