Sprint announced plans to launch 4G in several additional major markets in 2010, including Denver, Kansas City and Minneapolis. These markets will join 27 cities where Sprint 4G is already available. 
Sprint has previously announced plans to activate its WiMAX service this year in Boston, Houston, New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. More Sprint 4G markets will be announced at a later date. Sprint 4G is expected to cover up to 120 million people by the end of 2010.
