Anterix has expanded its AnterixAccelerator program through a strengthened collaboration with Ericsson, GE Vernova, and Nokia, aiming to accelerate the adoption of 900 MHz private wireless broadband networks across the utility sector. These global technology leaders are now offering valuable incentives—such as bundled solutions and discounted services—to utilities participating in the initiative. The goal is to enable faster deployment of modern grid communication networks that are secure, resilient, and optimized for operational efficiency.

Launched in March, the AnterixAccelerator program helps utilities advance their digital transformation strategies through private LTE deployments using Anterix’s licensed 900 MHz spectrum. More than 15 utilities and members of the Anterix Active Ecosystem are already participating. The expanded partnership brings deeper engagement from leading vendors who are aligning their technologies to support the evolving communications needs of the power sector.

  • Collaborative momentum: Ericsson, GE Vernova, and Nokia are offering high-value, time-sensitive incentives to participating utilities through the AnterixAccelerator program.
  • Focus on 900 MHz private LTE: The initiative supports utility-owned broadband networks that deliver secure, reliable, and resilient grid communications.
  • Ericsson’s contribution: Providing technology that enables utilities to integrate diverse use cases across secure broadband infrastructure.
  • GE Vernova’s offering: Incentives on bundles that include MDS Orbit Gateway, Core, and RAN solutions to support utilities starting their private LTE journey.
  • Nokia’s role: Delivering future-proof LTE and 5G solutions with IP/MPLS capabilities to assist utilities in transitioning from legacy systems.
  • Ecosystem growth: Over 15 utilities have joined the AnterixAccelerator, signaling strong momentum toward modernizing grid communications using licensed 900 MHz spectrum.

This joint effort reflects a shared commitment to helping utilities modernize their infrastructure with robust private wireless networks—laying the groundwork for smarter, more secure, and more connected energy systems nationwide.
